CONTRACT
We at Rapidbuilt understand that buying a home is a major investment & the last thing you need are extra or hidden costs at the end of construction. That's why we offer a plain language contract, so the amount that you agree to is the amount that you pay..., not a cent more (subject to contract terms & conditions, applies to MBA B04 version only).
Our price includes the preparation of plans, all council applications, permits & government fees. The home is insured during the course of construction & professionally cleaned upon completion.
Owner to confirm correct location of boundary pegs prior to commencement of any work by Rapidbuilt Homes.
This specification is based on the following site conditions & allowances:
General
- Fixed Price Contract

- Single Phase Underground power up to 6 meters from Main Supply to Meter Box.
- Water & sewerage connection to council service up to 6 meters

- Waffle Pod Slab to suit M classification (Piers not Included.)
- All appliance/manufacturers warranties
- Preparation & lodgment of council plans (council, engineering & drafting fees)
Construction
- Your home fully constructed on your block
- Cut & Fill up to 600mm
- Concrete slab Class M
- First floor Joists & sheet flooring (if shown on Master Plans).Strong 19mm Yellow tongue particle board flooring, glued & screwed to joists
- Full structural bracing to all external walls & internal walls as required.

CLADDING
Your color choice of maintenance free Hardiplank cladding, smooth or wood grain (other options available as extras or if shown on Master Plans) or Choice of Bricks from the Builders Range. Bricks will have Natural Mortar and Raked joints.
